"Struggling to Get Assistance for Two Days"
I've been at it for two days trying to get some help. No reply!!! It's absurd that the only way to reach out is through email! Where's the 1-800 number to actually speak to someone???
Heads up; I suggest steering clear of this company. They promote a 7-day free trial service. I signed up for the trial on 10/1/22 and sent a cancellation request on 10/3/22.
Update: Cocofax reached out to me this evening. They did resolve my issue.

All my issues are sorted now. With an Android, I can scan, annotate, and send documents all from one gadget. I genuinely love using it. Big thanks for making such an awesome app!

"Super convenient and simple to operate"
This thing is really easy to use and super helpful! I depend on it a lot when I gotta send personal faxes. Just snap a pic of the document, pull it from the library, and boom, it’s in fax format and good to go.

"Easy Peasy Faxing"
I can shoot off a fax whenever I feel like it. Plus, it can handle multiple faxes simultaneously, and there’s no cap on the size of the faxes. All the fax files can be stored digitally.
